If the Toshiba compiler is not working then it may be that you have not set up the PATH and environment variables correctly: Typically, you will need to have something like the following in your AUTOEXEC.BAT file:

set path=%path%;c:\toshiba\bin
set THOME=c:\toshiba
set THOME870=c:\toshiba

Where c:\toshiba is the directory in which the Toshiba C compiler was
installed. Note that this may be different on your machine.

The current tool used doesn't allow a multi-lingual set-up.We are at present investigating upgrading to a multi-lingual 'Set-up'. In the interim non English users will have to install the program on the Start menu manually.
