Managing project developments, ensuring the correct tools and design approaches are used and most importantly planning the integration and testing from the project outset ensure that we meet our milestones and goal.

Research and design services

With technology changing rapidly we expend great energy in staying at the head of the field. Specialising in embedded microcontrollers across the broad spectrum of electronic products brings us into contact with many technologies. At the consultant level we can advise project teams, attend reviews or undertake research. We have links to a number of Universities and technology based organisations to complement our skills and resources. System design involves us working more closely with our customer's to produce structured and cohesive design strategies for their developments. Typically we would anticipate producing high level documentation or virtual prototypes of the end product for them to continue with or alternatively as an outsource service provider we will of course provide a complete development solution.

Development services

Design implementation, Integration and Validation are our three main business sectors. The majority of new developments rely on incremental change whilst a few are completely new. Our services covering firmware, electronics, software and product integration are matched to the requirements of the task.

Technology transfer and training

Technology transfer is an essential part of our business. Our projects are our customers products and it is vital that our cutomers can feel comfortable with all aspects of the work we have undertaken. Formal training courses and informal technology transfer sessions are both available as part of our after-sales service. Training courses can in particular pass on knowledge of the programming languages used, the build tools and the overall software structure.

Testing and testing Services

Test plans and definitions can be provided by our customers. Alternatively we can work purely from an original specification or user manual producing the necessary documentation ourselves. Detailed test records are kept and this can include a video recording of each session. The use of video recording enables play back of any test failures to ensure that operator actions were correct and allows the customer to see the extent and effects of test failures.

Quality testing by an independent third party is a well-proven method of system validation. Here, products are subjected to design and operational tests to assess conformance to original specification and design goals.
