AND are specialists in microcontroller and embedded systems technologies. We service the requirements of companies looking to outsource work in this field or add resource, (eg tools or 'know how') to their own teams. Our vast experience, highly-skilled engineering team and stock of 'trusted code and designs' enables us to provide solutions cost effectively. We believe that success and reward follows not only from creativity and effort but from a working environment which encourages flexibility through close co-operation with our customers and industry partners.

The Company
AND is an independent privately owned company founded in 1980 whose success has been recognized with awards for enterprise, technology and innovation. The company consists of multi-disciplinary engineers experienced in electronics, embedded systems, application software, user interface and product design using the latest but most applicable technologies in order to bring innovation with purpose to their work.

ISO 9001:2000 (TickIT) accredited company. We aim to deliver products
and services on time, to a fixed budget and with the correct quality
